I have a new fitness crush and her name is Tracy Campoli. This woman is so much fun to workout with and guess what? No matter where you are in the world, you can exercise with her too! Fitness instructor and life coach Tracy Campoli is based in New York city but she posts amazing fitness videos online every Thursday so you can do your workouts in the comfort of your living room when it’s most convenient for you!
I wasn’t interested in online workouts until I spent some time in Switzerland where joining a gym costs a small fortune. That’s when I started searching for fitness videos on You Tube, found Tracy’s channel and I’ve been a loyal watcher ever since.
What’s so great about Tracy is that she actually makes working out enjoyable (and efficient!). She shares great tips while you are exercising, isn’t afraid to crack a joke and has a super positive attitude. She’s all about self care, self acceptance and overall wellness. The focus isn’t on getting abs of steel (although that’s a nice perk). It’s a really healthy approach on a mental, physical and even spiritual level (the yogi in me appreciates that she isn’t just another pretty face/body).
In addition to exercise videos consisting of light weights and/or body weight workouts, cardio and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training), she presents other lifestyle topics such as recipes, personal growth and even meditation. I’ve included some of my favourites below. For more, head over to Tracy’s website or her You Tube channel.
UPDATE! Tracy has created a fabulous program called Totally Body Transformation. For the low cost of $14.99/month you get access to full length workouts as well as an amazing community of wellness warriors that you can share your fitness successes and challenges with.

On a technological note, I was super excited when I discovered I could do Tracy’s workouts with our Smart TV. If you have a fairly new television, it’s probably “Smart” which means you can access the You Tube channel and move your booty while viewing on a large screen instead of a small computer. In addition to this, if you have a Smart phone, you can navigate the You Tube channel on your TV with your phone which is way more user friendly.
What are your resources for staying fit? Do you go to the gym, do outdoor sports or perhaps have a regular yoga practice? Share your favourite workout resources with us in the comments area below and let others discover some new ways to get their bodies moving!
