About Geneviève

I often describe myself as a spiritual girl living in a material world.

For over 20 years, I worked in the corporate world, navigating pressure, deadlines, and the constant pace of doing more. From the outside, life looked successful — but the stress eventually led me to a period of deep burnout that changed everything.

That chapter led me to the practices that now ground my life: meditation, yoga, breathwork, and mindful self-inquiry. Not as trends or rituals, but as real tools to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and move through life with more clarity and ease.

Today, through my writing and the sessions I offer, I share the practices and perspectives that helped me rebuild a more peaceful, aligned life — one small, human step at a time.
