No matter what type of person you are (hyper, a go-getter, always in your head) you can meditate. If you are scared to try but have a feeling that it could help, read my post here on meditation for beginners where I demystify what meditation is and what it’s not (clue: it’s NOT not having any thoughts).
I was also thinking of starting a small meditation group during this 21 day experience for those who would like to be guided through their first experience. A lot of my friends, family and colleagues have been asking me questions about my meditation practice so I thought this could be a good opportunity to offer you support and guide you along the way. We could do a couple of Skype or Google Hangout sessions in the evening together to cover some of the fears, challenges, realizations you are uncovering during this process.
