Honour the beautiful being that you are today. Choose kind thoughts towards yourself and make sure your internal dialog is as loving to yourself as you would be to a good friend. We can sometimes be our own worst enemy with the harsh beliefs we have about ourselves and this actually makes our journey much more difficult.

Notice the quality of your thoughts and compare it to where you are in life right now.

Do you have enough self love to give you the confidence to do what you dream of? Do your thoughts give you energy or drain you?

Do you surround yourself with people that build you up or tear you down?
