Whether it’s something that happened earlier this week that disappointed you or something you wished you had done differently, forgive and release.
Take the lesson you need to learn from it and move on standing in a place of love and positivity.
I might sound like a Pollyanna to you but really, holding on to negativity is such a waste of energy. It keeps you from reaching your existing potential and living your life to the fullest. It also stops you from being healthy + happy so is that grudge really worth it in the end?
Remember that other people and external circumstances don’t define who you are.
And that how other people behave is a reflection on them and who they are as a person. Take in a deep breath and release what isn’t serving you and continue the rest of your week with an energy that is conducive to following what your heart desires.
