What kind of thoughts do you have about yourself? Are they kind and positive or harsh and negative? The internal dialog we have about ourselves and our capabilities is one of the biggest influences on our health + happiness.
We don’t necessarily learn about self esteem in school or via our parents when we are young. Some people even have the misfortune of being taught that they aren’t good enough. Fortunately we can unlearn any negative patterns with some inner work and by sending ourselves lots of love.
It’s so important to realize the gifts we possess and the positive impact we can have on the world.
Every one of us has a purpose here and it’s what we must discover in this lifetime. For some it’s clear from the start and for others some exploration is required.
No need to put unnecessary pressure on yourself to figure it out but do always come back to love in all that you put out there.
