To own your story and be open to what life is trying to teach you is the best path to self acceptance and inner peace. We fall, we get back up, we succeed, we fail, we gain, we lose. This is all part of life’s ups and downs and resisting any of it only causes stress.
When we look back at some of our decisions we might think we should have done things differently but consider how certain mistakes have shaped you into the stronger, braver person you are today. Own your best moments and your worst. Being human means having both and we should love ourselves no matter what.
