If you followed my Instagram stories earlier this week, you saw that I shared why I now get up at 5 am (on most days) and how I make that happen without it being complete torture (I have quite the in depth routine). The main reason I’m doing this is to make sure I have time to do what I love and that is prioritizing my wellness so that I can rise to my full potential.
Whatever it is that is truly important to you, you can make time for it. Even if it’s just 10 minutes a day (those 10 mins add up over time).
We are what we consistently do so it’s important to make time every day for what matters most to us and honour the promises we make to ourselves.
The first step is knowing your why: it’s by coming back to this that discipline becomes a habit and at a certain point what matters most becomes a non negotiable.
