It’s mid-week check-in time! How’s your focus been so far on what truly matters to you? Did you establish and zone in on the key priorities that will get you closer to the life you want? Perhaps you got caught up in the chaos that life sometimes throws at us. No matter where you stand right now, you can push the reset button and refocus your energies to make sure you don’t give up what you want most for what you want now (ex: you want a healthy body but because you are stressed you decide to binge on chips).

Align the time you spend to what is most dear to your heart. Remembrer that what you focus on expands and it’s the little decisions that bring us either closer or further from our goals. No matter what choices you made in the last couple of days, don’t judge them or be harsh on yourself. You’re doing the best you can. 

Simply use this opportunity to create a blank slate, release what hasn’t served you (any dramas or negative energy) and take a step towards your authentic self and the life you want. Without being clear on what matters to you, you can easily lose focus and give up what you want most for what you want now because  you don’t even realize you are doing it.

Whether it’s a healthy body that you want, less stress, more free time to do what you love, it’s only by being fully aware of the impact of all the little choices that you can see if you are going in the direction of happiness.
