If you make one recipe this week, it has to be this Asian quinoa salad recipe by Two Peas and Their Pod. My foodie friend and fellow blogger Chadi of Brunettes Have More Fun suggested this amazing vegetarian recipe for our little get together and what a treat it was! All the ingredients are super healthy (and so colourful!) and the highlight in our opinion is the sesame oil dressing. It’s so fragrant and yummy and makes my taste buds happy!
I’m not usually a salad girl. Not in the traditional sense anyways. Eating a big bowl of lettuce with a few pieces of cucumber and tomatoes is just beyond boring and this foodie wants each meal to be an enjoyable experience for all the senses. Because of the quinoa and the edamame, this salad is really nourishing and you feel very satisfied with your meal.
