You don’t need to respond to negative people. Your ego might convince you you have to but don’t let it trick you, you can step away from negativity. You have a choice in getting wrapped up into the drama or staying away from it. Notice this week when negativity arises and pause to ask yourself if you want to add to it or turn that energy around into something more positive.

Learn to leave space between the external negative triggers and your reaction so you give yourself time to consciously decide if you want to participate in the negativity.

You’ll learn that certain people will try to suck you in so they don’t feel alone in playing the victim role but it’s not up to you to fix their problems.

Always bring positive energy as much as you can because what you put out there will come back to you.
