Welcome to week 1 of Maintaining Motivation & Momentum!
We all want to feel motivated and inspired in the different areas of our life (work, wellness, relationships, finances, etc) but the “science” behind motivation is not super obvious. I wanted to share the strategies that keep my motivation up consistently and the first one is KNOWING YOUR WHY.
It’s not always clear why we do (or don’t do) something so understanding why we want to take certain actions (reach specific goals) and stay consistent is the key to success. Enjoy watching!
