Yesterday was an interesting day. A rather difficult hike up a mountain brought up some of the old limiting stories I told myself as a teenager about not being fit or strong enough (even though I am active everyday now).
Many of us drag around limiting beliefs that keep us from moving forward. It’s important to be aware of the internal story we tell ourselves in order to move past it. Here’s how:
