What does sustainable style and fast fashion have to do with living healthy + happy? More than you think. When we are in an unconscious consumerism mode, we shop without thinking of the consequences shopping can have on the life we want to create for ourselves.

We spend money in order to compensate for negative emotions such as loneliness, anger, boredom and more. We think that one more thing will fill that void but all it does is empty our bank account.

The other negative consequence of mindless shopping is that we often go for the “quick fix” and buy something cheap at H&M or Forever 21 that will probably only last a season and then be tossed in the garbage. Not only is this bad for our precious planet but it also involves the suffering of human beings that are used to produced these cheap clothing… Watch the video to become a smart shopper and spend that hard earned money the best way possible.
