Your internal dialog is probably the biggest influence on your health + happiness. Why? Because it affects everything you do from the decisions you make to the actions you take. Someone with a harsh internal dialog will tend to live small and in fear. Someone that is kind to themselves will give themselves permission to try new things and fail while still feeling worthy.

Is it in a tone that you would use to address someone you love like a friend? If the answer to that is no, don’t judge yourself. Instead, make a conscious decision that you will start shifting that dialog to one that is more loving. One that will build your self esteem rather than chip away at it.
