Take time today to rebalance your energy throughout your MIND BODY SOUL. Make sure it’s not all stuck in one place. For many of us, our energy is concentrated in our mind and when we focus solely on that area, we feel depleted of our energy because we are neglecting two other very important parts of ourselves.
We are first and foremost souls having a human experience but the body that we are having this experience in must be treated like the sacred temple that it is. It’s the only one we’ve got and if we don’t take good care of it, we can’t move to a new one.
A healthy body also allows us to create a life we love. To do what makes us feel alive and fulfill our purpose. We can take our body for granted sometimes. When we get sick we realize just how precious it is.
Remember everyday just how lucky you are to live here right, right now. See how you can maximize your body and health. When I meditate before going to bed, I thank life for my mental, physical and spiritual health. I know that if one is out of balance, the others will suffer.
Notice where your energy goes and how you can allow it to flow in all aspects of yourself rather than being stuck in just one. This is how we can come to fully realize ourselves and be of best service to our life and the lives of others. Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
