Healthy no bake cookies rock and the flavour of these guys can’t be beat. One of my favourite food combos has got to be peanut butter and chocolate. When I was a kid, I had a true love for Reese’s peanut butter cups. Today, I’m a little older and a wiser when it comes to the sweet treats I indulge in. This no bake peanut butter and chocolate cookie recipe by Well Plated is a much healthier option to Reese’s PB cups or other popular chocolate bars (for more info on the harmful ingredients found in Reese’s and other major brands check out this article by Food Babe).

Because they are no bake, their texture is a bit different than a usual cookie that you would pop in the oven so my preference is actually to keep them in the fridge or freezer. This makes them a little more “solid” but still soft and super yummy.
