I think we all need to take a chill pill. To remember how lucky we are and put those daily dramas and worries in perspective. Sure, we all deal with challenges but that’s what being a human on this incredible journey means. That said, what we are first and foremost is spiritual beings having a human experience and when we remind ourselves of this we are able to detach from the stress a little more and remember what matters most.

Let’s realize how blessed we are rather than mostly letting stress run the show.

Let’s step out of automatic pilot mode and integrate wonder and amazement back in our life. Wishing you a wonderful week where you release worry and focus on the gifts each day presents.
