I find the topic of procrastination vs intuition fascinating. It can sometimes be hard to tell which is influencing our behaviour and it’s important to learn to tell the difference. If it actually is intuition that is trying to guide you, it’s crucial to listen to that voice as it can save you from heading in the wrong direction.

In this video, I share two examples of when I thought I was procrastinating on important issues in my life and it turned out it was actually my intuition that was tell me not to move ahead for a very important reason. That reason only became clear years later but I am so glad I did listen to my internal GPS even though at the time I didn’t realize that’s what I was doing.

Can you tell the difference between procrastination vs intuition? I have an AMAZING resource to help you with this. It’s a book that was a real game changer for me and allowed me to pin point when procrastination (or “resistance”) was influencing my behaviour. The book is called The War of Art by Steven Pressfield and I can’t say enough good about it. It’s a quick read and gave me incredible insights into why I was or wasn’t doing certain things in my personal and professional life. Get it! ;)
