No matter what is going on in your life, you have so much to be grateful for. You have peace, love and abundance and you can experience even more of it when you make gratitude a habit. We sometimes tend to focus on perceived lack or what we think is missing.

We think that more will make us happier, that it will fill some void.

We are already rich and so blessed and we need to fully take that in everyday. I love waking up in the morning and going to sleep by listing what I am grateful for. It brings me deep inner joy even on days that I’ve found challenging.

You are blessed and lucky beyond belief. Tap into gratitude everyday and see how those blessings expand.
