If certain mornings are tougher than others, just breathe in peace and breathe out the worries. If your week hasn’t started out as you had wished or planned, just breathe in peace and breathe out the worries. Why is breathing the solution when we are faced with challenges or stress? Because without it there is nothing. If you are lucky to have good health, you breathe naturally and effortlessly. It’s why you don’t even think about it most of the time.

Our breath is such a precious resource, not only because it allows us to live in this body but because it can truly help us in difficult moments. I love coming back to my breath to remind myself of what really matters (that I am healthy, loved and safe) and that all the other drama from the material world is simply passing.

Coming back to the breath reminds us that we are so much more than our worries and that we can rise above them and detach from them if we desire. Taking in slow and nourishing inhales also calms the mind that is often racing with thoughts about the past or the future.

When you focus on your breath you are in the Now and that’s really all that ever truly exists. If you feel anxious, tap into your breath and ask yourself if in this very moment you are okay. The answer is most surely yes. Take in relaxing deep breaths today at various moments and notice how it immediately sends a signal to your body and mind to release the tensions that they have been holding onto. Wishing you a wonderful day!

  • I am a website designer. Recently, I am designing a website template about gate.io. The boss’s requirements are very strange, which makes me very difficult. I have consulted many websites, and later I discovered your blog, which is the style I hope to need. thank you very much. Would you allow me to use your blog style as a reference? thank you!
