Sometimes we hang on to old habits. Sometimes it’s old friends. It both cases, some of those serve us and others don’t. Just because you’ve always done something a certain way, it doesn’t mean it can’t be different (or better).
Whether it’s a mindset shift that needs to happen or a physical one, notice the negative energies in your life and see how you can shake them.
Sometimes it’s a question of comfort zone: we would rather stay in familiar misery rather than facing the unknown and new. Remember that courage is rewarded and that you can never truly fool yourself when you are staying in a certain situation for the wrong reasons.
We can be good at convincing ourselves that everything is fine because change isn’t practical but neither is the stress that is caused by repressing our emotions because we are denying what is keep us stuck in a negative pattern.
Be real with yourself, even if it’s scary. Be honest about what is weighing you down (thoughts, people, circumstances).
Be accountable for your happiness and be willing to face the unknown in order to welcome in something even better than you had imagined.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.

I have read your article carefully and I agree with you very much. This has provided a great help for my thesis writing, and I will seriously improve it. However, I don’t know much about a certain place. Can you help me? https://www.gate.io/uk/signup/XwNAU
