A gentle reset for an overwhelmed mind — and a steady anchor at life’s crossroads.
When your mind feels crowded, negative, or constantly “on,” everything starts to feel heavier than it should. You’re functioning. You’re doing what needs to be done. But inside, something feels misaligned, scattered, or unclear.
Sometimes this happens in the middle of everyday overwhelm. Other times, it shows up when you’re facing a transition — a career shift, a personal challenge, or a quiet but persistent sense that you’re at a crossroads.
A Mind(ful) Makeover session creates space to slow down, untangle the noise, and reconnect with what feels true. It’s not about dramatic reinvention. It’s about clarity. Alignment. And gently uncovering your next right step.

- Grounding and introduction to better understand your needs and current state of mind (10-15 mins)

A personalized one-on-one practice designed to release tension, reconnect with your body, and restore balance, presence, and energy.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, we honour the body as a sacred vessel, releasing tension, restoring balance, and cultivating presence.
Each session begins with a grounding meditation and ends with a moment of stillness, allowing you to fully integrate the practice’s benefits. These sessions are created to help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind.

I provide a one-on-one coaching session focusing on your main health and wellness concerns, guiding you through mindset, body (food/exercise), and soul (self-connection).

A guided meditation to ground and release mental clutter, leading to a clearer, calmer state of mind. - Yoga Practice
A personalized yoga flow to get the body moving and release stagnant energy. A combination of therapeutic yoga postures and breathing techniques (the level of the practice can be adapted to your needs and preferences). - Healthy Lunch
A nutritious, delicious meal to nourish the body. - Mindful Walk
A nature walk where mindfulness is practiced and the coaching session can continue (if desired). - Journaling Session
Reflection prompts to help integrate the day’s learnings and insights. This encourages self-awareness and empowers your journey towards transformation. - Exclusive Takeaways

Over the years, I’ve navigated career pivots, personal reinventions, and the quiet but powerful process of “unbecoming” — peeling back expectations and rebuilding from a place of alignment. Through that journey, I developed a grounded, reflective approach to supporting clients in need of guidance that helps them untangle their own crossroads with clarity and intention.
I’m not here to give you a formula or prescribe a dramatic overhaul. I’m here to ask the right questions, help you see what you might not be seeing, and create a steady, supportive space where insight can emerge naturally. My strength lies in pattern recognition, deep listening, and guiding you toward decisions that feel both aligned and sustainable.
Yoga and meditation have been my personal anchors for over 15 years, shaping the calm, embodied presence I bring into every session. I completed a 250-hour yoga teacher training with Luna Yoga Studio (2014) and a 30-hour Yoga on SUP certification with Marie-Ève Bertrand of POP Spirit (2014). These practices continue to inform how I hold space: grounded, mindful, and intentionally paced.
