We all reach moments in life where we feel a little “off balance.” Maybe you’re at a crossroads, craving change or longing for a fresh start. When we’re out of sync, it can manifest in how we feel in our body, in a restless mind and even in the state of our home. The truth is, they’re all connected — when one is out of balance, the others are often impacted.

That’s why I created Mindful Makeovers: a holistic reset designed to bring peace, clarity, and beauty into your life — inside and out.

My Story

I’ve always been passionate about transformation, optimization and all things beautiful. With a university degree in fashion, experience as a personal shopper and a Virgo with an eye for details, I’ve always been pulled to help people around me express their best selves through what they wear and the environment they live in.

At the same time, my own spiritual journey (ignited by a dark night of the soul) led me to become a yoga teacher and meditation coach, guiding others toward more peace of mind and self-connection.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the go-to person for those who wish to rise to their full potential but also, that are in need of some self love.

Over time, I realized that style and wellness weren’t separate passions but rather, different expressions of the same gift: helping people feel aligned, grounded, and radiant in their lives.

I like to say I’m a spiritual girl living in a material world — and my work brings those two realms together.

·       Finding clarity and direction if you’re feeling stuck or lost

·       Cultivating calm, focus, and a renewed sense of purpose

Your home holds your energy. This makeover is about creating surroundings that feel peaceful, supportive and inspiring — whether through decluttering, reimagining a room, or simply bringing more beauty and calm into your space.

This may include:

·       Refreshing or styling a room to invite more joy and harmony

·       Creating a home that helps you truly rest, recharge, and feel aligned

Examples: decluttering a room or workspace, creating a sacred wellness or meditation space, energy-cleansing rituals for your home, gentle décor refresh to restore flow and calm.

From there, we’ll design a personalized plan that meets your needs and desires — whether you’re focused on the body, mind, home, or the full Mindful Makeover bundle. You’ll receive a clear roadmap of recommended sessions, simple action steps, and optional guidance to bring your reset to life, either virtually or in person.
