Watch where your mind goes today. Is it directed towards thoughts of love, peace, compassion and acceptance or towards lack, fear and separation? Our thoughts create our currently reality and are building our future. Does your kind create a nourishing life for yourself? Do you feel at ease? Practice observing your thoughts today, without judging them or trying to fix them. Just assess the nature of what goes on in your mind most often and start seeing if that is creating the life and feelings you want.
