Setting an intention for yourself is another approach to live a meaningful day rather than walking around on auto pilot somewhat asleep at the wheel. How we feel and what we focus on when we wake up really sets the tone of the day. Always take a moment to reconnect to your power, your soul and remember who you truly are.
