Ambition is the path to success, persistence is the vehicle you arrive in. Take a deep breath before you start your week and remember that you have what it takes. You have what you need to reach your goals and create a life that is filled with love and everything your heart desires. Remember that the timing of the unfolding of your life is not something you have full control over so learn to take action and then let go. Be persistent but also patient. Persistence is the vehicle to success because success takes time. It does not come overnight.

Also, success means different things to different people so don’t be afraid to make up your own definition of what success is for you and to break the mould if someone has tried to put you in a certain box. You must create the reality you want for yourself. If you walk anyone’s path but your own, it’s a sure recipe for unhappiness. Let the ambition rise within you and listen to what your heart is telling you. Don’t feel guilty about having dreams and desires. They are part of your purpose. They will take work and effort to accomplish but that is all part of the journey. When we understand this we can walk through life with ease and even a certain detachment from the outcome which creates a deep sense of inner peace.

Don’t confuse detachment with indifference. Detachment means you are open and flexible and you trust that life has your back. You can work and live with passion but you are open to the results being different than what you expected. In fact, you know deep down inside that if you let life do its thing while you work towards your goals, it will probably turn out even more beautifully than you had imagined… Wishing you a wonderful Monday. xoxo
