Is there such a thing as a magic Monday? If you see it as a fresh start, a blank canvas it can be. Considering that today is Thanksgiving, let’s begin by being grateful for all that we have. Did you know that having a gratitude practice is one of the best ways to put a smile on your face and tap into a deep source of happiness? Ever since I started a daily routine of being grateful for all my blessings, I can always find inner peace and contentment no matter what is going on on the outside.
Mondays can be magical rather than difficult if you believe in the opportunities you can create and see all the beauty that surrounds you. If you haven’t already done so on the weekend, use Mondays to reset and let go of all that happened last week that didn’t serve you. Any negativity or dramas.
