Laugh as much as you breathe. Love as much as you live. What a great life mantra. We tend to take life so seriously sometimes when really, we should come back to the basics and to what’s truly important. Who are we without laughter and love? Not very happy humans…

When life gets you overwhelmed, take a moment to be still and come back to your breath. Stop the monkey mind by asking yourself “Am I still breathing?” Then think about the last time you laughed. If it’s been a while ask yourself why and what you could do to reintegrate a bit of fun into your life. Then. come back to love. As hippy dippy as it might sound, love is all that matters really. Think about being at the end of your days and how you would reflect back on your life. Your material accumulations will probably be the last thing on your mind.

We always have a choice between fear and love and choosing love (love of yourself and of others) will help keep you on the right path. Every morning, set the intention to create more laughter and love in your life and during the day notice if your thoughts and actions are aligned with that intention. If not, don’t judge yourself. Simply take a deep breath and reset. You can start over at any moment. The choice for more love, laughter and light is truly yours and it begins now… Wishing you a wonderful day! xoxo
