All you need is less. If you’re yearning for some inner peace and want to release the chaos of the week, why not keep things super simple and paired down this weekend? No muss. No fuss. No elaborate planning or extravagant meals. Just simple joyful moments. Less attachment to stuff and outcomes and more love and acceptance in the present moment.

Think of what is weighing you down (it can be thoughts or material things) and consciously choose to release them for today, or the entire weekend if that comes easily for you.

If it doesn’t, just take it one hour at a time. Refocus and recenter yourself around that feeling of peace and simplicity. No need to plan or control. Trust me, the earth will continue turning and everyone will be just fine even if you stop for a moment.
