Hi there! First off, you can tell by the above photo, the low calorie snack I want to talk about isn’t a solid like a brownie or cookie. It’s actually a super simple drink I make either after a meal when I am in the mood for dessert (which happens pretty much all the time) or in the afternoon when I get that 3 o’clock sugar craving.

This is not to say that I don’t go for the cookie, chocolate bar or other REAL treats when my sweet tooth calls (I think we have seen ample proof of my dessert indulgences here). It’s just that this girl likes eating healthy and watching her figure so if you are like me and don’t want to succumb to every sweet craving and are on the search for a tasty and nourishing light snack, this one is for you.


P.S. This was a second video that I had ever filmed of myself so still getting used to being on camera… ;)
