Self confidence is probably the subject that is dearest to my heart because I struggled with it for so long. If there is one key thing that we must all learn in life it’s how to love and accept ourselves. When we don’t, everything just seems like an uphill battle.
How do you know if you are being your own worst enemy?

I know it can be difficult to look within and acknowledge that you might be your harshest critic but the first step to moving past this is realizing it.
Once we are aware that our internal dialog is unkind, we can start the inner work and make mindset shifts that will set us on the right path.
In order to live healthy + happy we must get the inside right first for the rest to follow.
Take small moments during your day to notice what’s going on inside and determining if it’s more positive or negative. Don’t judge yourself or get upset if you notice it’s on the darker side. Simply observe and then start replacing the negative thoughts with kinder ones.
