I’ve struggled with unhealthy snacking habits for part of my life and now that I’ve developed some effective tricks I wanted to share my 5 favourites with you. My approach is not about not about depriving ourselves, in fact, it’s quite the opposite. BONUS TIP! Like any habit that you want to change it takes time and patience so be kind to yourself. If you do go for the cookies, forgive yourself and know that you are doing your best.

    Great video honey with lots of good ideas to take off the pounds or better still, keep them off in the first place.

    #3 is so true in my case! Meal planning is key, and it goes for snacks as well. I try as often as possible to fill my fridge with fruits, so that when I crave something sweet, I go for a bowl of blueberries and strawberries. I always forget about that cookie I wanted ;-)
