Hello my lovelies! I’m coming to you from the great outdoors in Switzerland for this post on why gratitude is a great stress buster. Being in such beautiful surroundings, it’s quite easy to be grateful but there have been many times in my life where the struggle was real and having a gratitude practice helped me deal with major anxiety.
In this video, I talk about the fact that we often tend to direct our attention on what we think we are lacking which creates unnecessary stress for ourselves. There is a way we can shift that mindset to one that brings much more inner peace and that’s through gratitude. Enjoy watching!
How often do you focus on what you are grateful for? Do you notice how you feel when you think about what you are lacking rather than all that you already have? I highly suggest trying to incorporate gratitude moments in your day and seeing how it positively affects how you feel.
