How often do you prioritize self care in your week? It can be easy to think that our busy schedule doesn’t allow for some down time but not taking any actually makes us less efficient. We aren’t meant to just do, do, do. Part of our purpose is to enjoy the journey.

Depending on our circumstances it can be more difficult for some but we must prioritize self care or the price to pay can be high.

We sometimes don’t even see exhaustion coming until we are actually running on empty. When you look at your week or your weekend, reserve time for yourself to relax and have fun.

We must replenish our energies in order to be of the highest service.

We must enjoy all that life has to offer us. Everyday we can take a moment for ourself even if it is just a minute or two. Meditate, walk, soak in the sunshine, laugh with a friend.

You deserve to be happy, you deserve to be free of stress.

You aren’t meant to suffer and struggle and just push through it all. If you are feeling low, mad or stressed, there is a good chance that fatigue has crept in.

Counter act that with self care Sundays (or any day of your choice really). Sending you much love and wishing you a lovely day.  Geneviève xoxo

Beautiful! I often neglected the self care that I knew made me feel good and it’s so silly that in the busiest periods – it’s when we need self care the most, but we don’t prioritise it and feel that it’s too selfish or narcissistic to spend time on ourselves. And as I write this – I know that I have been doing that at the moment. Here’s to you inspiring Me to do some Yoga this evening! xo
