Just a little mid-week reminder. It’s so important to take the time to check-in with ourselves and remember what amazing beings we are. It’s not about being full of one’s self or feeding the ego. It’s about realizing the gifts we have, we can share and develop.

So often, we let our inner mean girl or guy run the show. It’s their dialog that takes up the most room in our mind. That’s why it’s so important to come back to stillness. To reconnect to who we truly are, pushing that harsh voice aside.

For some reason most of us have this voice but you can practice quieting down and also remembering that what it says is not necessarily true (most often it’s not). Choose three things you love about yourself and focus on them today. You can even see how they make this world a better place and how you can share them more. You are amazing. Remember that.
