All we have is now. There couldn’t be a more powerful truth or way to come back to your center and find inner peace. When you are fretting about the future, remember that all you have is NOW. When you obsess over the past, remember that all you have is NOW.
When you don’t know what you should be grateful for, look at the NOW. Are you breathing? Is your heart beating? Do you have people who love you, a roof over your head, a healthy body? Then be happy in the NOW. The past doesn’t exist anymore and the future isn’t yet here so all we have is NOW. Make the most of it. Cherish it. Embrace it for all that it has to offer you. Don’t waste it being elsewhere in your mind as it is precious and will be gone in a flash.
