“Everything I desire is within me.” This was my morning meditation mantra for abundance with Deepak Chopra and I had to share because it’s so powerful. When we take the time for stillness (whether it’s by meditating, cooking, walking) we create a space to tap into the resources that already exist within us.
For years, my mind was too busy to do that but then difficult circumstances forced me to stop and notice. Once I started to do certain activities where the “monkey mind” would calm down, I felt not only inspiration coming through (that’s how my blog started) but also the steps I needed to take became clear.
I know it might sound strange but it’s like we have a GPS naturally built into us but there is often too much noise (thinking, doing, controlling) to hear that guidance properly. If you feel lost or don’t like where you are currently at in life, start creating little moments in your day where you feel at peace and can let that hamster in the wheel in your head slow down. With some time, you will get in touch with yourself and will be beyond amazed of the resources you already have to create a life you love and that truly fulfills you. Sending you lots of love!

P.S. This is a photo of a beach in Costa Rica, a destination I dreamed of going to for years and I’m finally heading there in two weeks!
