Don’t you just love it when people know exactly what type of blog (and food) you are into and take the time to share something they discover that they know you will totally like? Case in point, food blog In pursuit of more. Just from the title, I knew I would dig it but it’s actually more than just a blog with recipes.

As Shira McDermott explains “The blog about living with (just a little) less. By going without, we can gain – by giving to those who have less. Want to make a change in your eating habits for the better? Imagine how you can turn that into something positive for those who would otherwise go hungry. Go without so others don’t have to. That’s living with (just a little) less.”

How nice is that? This versatile Vegan Nut & Fresh Herb Sauce recipe is the first one I tried from her blog. It’s so fresh and different from dressings I’ve done in the past that I wanted to share it with some fellow foodies who qite enjoyed it. So much so that they asked where they could find the recipe. Well, ladies, ask and you shall receive. :)

My pleasure Shira! I was surprised when I saw your comment as my blog hadn’t officially launched yet but when I saw your tweet this morning I took it as a sign that we needed to put this sucker live and finalize any remaining bugs. Thanks for the tweet and keep up the great work!
